Biography:

SHIZU’ was born on October 28, 1978 in Hokkaido, Japan.

As a child, SHIZU’ was a sensitive and created girl. She learnt how to sing through the classical music her father played. SHIZU considered music as healing and soothing and found that it made her very happy. Already in an early age, SHIZU started to write poems and song texts.

Once SHIZU’ left High school she was asked to sing in a Cover-Rock band. With this band, she won first place for Best Voice in a music competition.

After she completed school, SHIZU started to take language lessons and taught herself English. In 2002, she could record her first success. A Swedish music label published her CD. During the years following her great voice received more and more attention. 2003 SHIZU’ published also a Japanese Label – a CD from and with SHIZU’.

In 2004 SHIZU’ appeared in a video clip produced by Japanquide.org about Japanese artists in Sweden. 2006 her producer, Christopher Currell, discovered her talent.

SHIZU’s voice is attractive and unique. It has depth, warmth, and is very soft. SHIZU’ and her voice can be described as very feminine with an extraordinary attractive style, but they always energetic.

2008 SHIZU’ signed the contract with Wolfpack-Power.
